The learning process of web basics is often referred to the uniting of the theory and practice. At the first look web standards can be considered as the theoretical stage of web development. W3C is the guru in this case.  But in fact it’s hardly possible to divide correct web coding as a theory and practical implementation of this knowledge.

The most evident argument for this are the bugs which occurred to appear while web testing stage. It becomes that too much web projects ignore the stage of testing: the webmasters are eager to complete their work in the limited time and as a result the quality of web sites fail. So the good practice to prevent web standards violations - to control the web development process with the help of quality assurance team.

But the mastership of developers can’t be maintained only with bugs in the code. The web development company should make its web masters follow the web standards. The best way to process this is the organization of tutorial classes about web standards.
The approximate program for this classes can include:
1) Web standards basics
2) Web browsers’ support of web standards
3) Web standards history. The associations that set up the standards
4) The different approaches to table and layer coding as a web standards issue
5) Grid using as a method of correct coding
6) Web forms coding
7) Files management of the web project
8) Controlling layers behavior via css-rules
9) The different types of x-columns web design according to web stadards
10) IE mistakes as the problem of standards-based web development

This program provides both with the theoretical issue and practical impact. Aimed to the corporate web teams this course allows to eliminate mistakes in web development process.
